Pre-Workout Peanut Butter, Banana and Oat Milk Shake

INGREDIENTS
Banana Large banana x 1
Peanut Butter xย 1/4 cup (55g)
Honey x 1 teaspoon
Oat Milk x 2 cups (480 ml)
Zip-lock Bag x 1

 

Method

  1. Slice bananas into ยฝ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
  2. Pour ยฝ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices, peanut butter and honey. Pour remaining ยฝ cup oat milk and blend until no chunks remain.
