Pre-Workout Peanut Butter, Banana and Oat Milk Shake

| Banana | Large banana x 1 |
| Peanut Butter | xย 1/4 cup (55g) |
| Honey | x 1 teaspoon |
| Oat Milk | x 2 cups (480 ml) |
| Zip-lock Bag | x 1 |
Method
- Slice bananas into ยฝ inch slices, place in zip-lock bag and freeze overnight.
- Pour ยฝ cup oat milk into blender, add all frozen banana slices, peanut butter and honey. Pour remaining ยฝ cup oat milk and blend until no chunks remain.
