Summer Oat Milk Shake

INGREDIENTS
Peaches x 1 cup (55g)
Mangoes xย 1 cup (55g)
Oat Milk x 2 cups (480g)

 

Method

  1. Rinse and slice peaches into ยฝ inch slices and mangoes into ยฝ inch cubes.
  2. Pour ยฝ cup oat milk into blender, and all peaches and mangoes; and blend to liquid.
  3. Pour remaining ยฝ cup oat milk, blend for 1.5 minutes.

Extra tip: If you enjoy your shake extra chilled, you can freeze the peaches and mangoes overnight too.
